CONTENT – Home of Bongos Bingo

Located in Liverpool’s Cain’s Brewery complex, Content is a multipurpose events venue and the Liverpool home to Bongos Bingo. Known for hosting some of the biggest music acts and live events, the venue has a capacity of 1,500.

Brief

The client approached & Serve to design, supply, and install a brand new eleven meter stainless steel bar and bar top to replace the aging wooden framed one. A key requirement was that the project needed to be installed in 4 working days, due to the venue’s busy calendar of events. Not only was this a tight deadline for a new bar install but during the same timeframe a new till system and soda drinks system was also to be installed.

Outcome

The move from a wooden bar to a fully bespoke stainless steal bar has been huge for the venue. Speed of service has increased resulting in a 10% gain in drinks sales per event, cleaning consumables usage has reduced and labour bills have reduced as the bar is easier to break down and clean. All in all the customer stated the bar paid for itself in less than a month from additional sales alone!
