Mani is an Italian small plates restaurant located on Liverpool’s bohemian Lark Lane. &serve were challenged with an extremely small space to design and deliver a commercial kitchen suitable for the small plates concept. Supplying all bespoke fabrication, catering equipment, refrigeration and kitchen extraction and ventilation.
