Please note, we are unable to guarantee a specific timeframe the engineer will visit, they may come at any time during your opening hours unless previously agreed otherwise.
The warranty covers component failure or a manufacturing defect.
The Warranty does not cover blockages, adjustments, scale damage, services issues or misuse/abuse to the equipment.
Any non-warranty call outs will be chargeable at our standard call out and labour charges.
